Up to two consultations and a customized plan are provided free and without
obligation. Beyond that, we work with and provide information to our
honored clients only.
To reserve our professional coordination services for your ceremony date, we
require a non-refundable deposit of $350. upon booking, payable by credit card
(Visa or Mastercard). We are unable to enter your event in our
calendar until your deposit is received.
Additional deposits or fees may occasionally be required to secure special locations and other
service providers. You will be advised of these requirements, should they apply.
Full payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is
required a minimum of forty-five (45) days before your event date, or all
deposits are forfeited.
State of Hawai'i tax (4.167%) will be added to all packages and services. Requests for
a change in date or time may result in additional fees.
Maui Wedding Bells goes island-wide as part of our service to you. South Maui has considerably less rain than other parts of the island, and is
favored for outdoor ceremonies. However, tropical weather conditions are
unpredictable and beyond our control. For outdoor ceremonies, Maui Wedding
Bells will make alternate arrangements in case of inclement weather. Additional fees may apply.
