Preparing for your Marriage License Appointment
In Hawaii, there
is no waiting period, residency requirement or blood test.
Both of you must be present when applying. Valid photo ID (driver's
license or passport) is required, and you must be at least 18 years of
age. Your license is good for 30 days. Payment of $65.00 is made directly
to the Marriage License Agent by cash or travelers' check only.
